Erin says, "A moss-covered forest is the secret sanctuary of my mind that I visit when I need to feel safe, grounded, and a sense of clarity. This painting was inspired by my last big hike in Clifty Falls before giving birth to our son. My husband helped me maneuver my large pregnant belly over fallen logs to capture this quiet mossy moment. This painting is for reflecting on green fuzzy memories, especially during the grey winter Indiana months."
