Over the past 25 years, Jaime Sweany has worked to retrieve and purchase artworks by her father for the family's records and for purposes of reproduction. For the month of April, Jaime has selected some of the original watercolors that were retrieved or purchased at auction for a featured exhibit entitled, "The Art of Nature: watercolors by Paul J Sweany." This is an unusual opportunity to purchase original paintings by this outstanding Indiana artist and instructor (1927-2009).

And since Paul cannot present our April Artists Talk & Demo, Jaime invited his friend Jerry Smith to offer a watercolor demonstration that afternoon. Saturday, April 11th, 1-2:30pm, (Paul would be so pleased!) 

The "Sweany Artworks" element of Juniper Art Gallery is dedicated to preserving the artistic legacies of both Jaime's late parents, Paul & Margaret Sweany. We offer high quality giclee reproductions and greeting cards that are only available through Juniper in-gallery or through our on-line store.
